Kind words from a few of our satisfied customers:
The shipment arrived today: thanks for the quick service. The chip
breakers are exactly what I hoped, and the iron that lovely, comforting
oxide finish. The iron is already sharpened and everything is in
the planes as I write this. So I did an inventory of Hock irons.
10 irons and 10 chip breakers in the Bedrocks.
3 scraper irons (112)
3 custom infill irons
1 custom iron for an infill shoulder plane
1 burnisher
... I know a good thing when I see it ... thanks again, signed,
a loyal customer -- J.T.
Got the blade and chip breaker for my #5. I'm very pleased. --

I received the email notification for delivery of blade and chip
breaker. I also wanted to thank you for helping me determine that
my chip breaker is wrong for my Stanley Bailey #5 plane, as well
as all the advice on sharpening. It is comforting to know there
are people out there like yourself that are willing to take a few
minutes to explain things past a sales pitch. -- T.B.
I just put your blade and chip breaker in my #6 plane
and it was unbelievable, all I can say is HOCK WOW I hope I don't
get in trouble with that guy on TV -- R.M.
Thanks for saving me money. Bought one of your block plane blades
from one of you dealers for my Stanley plane. So, instead of buying
a LN plane (which I will buy when times are better) I was able to
soup up my plane and make it work 2 times better than it did.--

The new plane irons I got from you are awesome! -- T.P.

Hot damn, Ron Hock! I just used your blade in my Stanley #3 and
it is unbelievable. I have 4 basic planes, (not counting the blocks
and specialty planes) and I've bought them all at flea markets or
in corners of antique stores. I've worn down those original blades
down to nubs and decided to buy some of yours. Begrudgingly, I admit,
but all those magazines keep mentioning you so... You've put out
a wonderful product. -- M.W.
I received my kit on Thursday. After about 5 hours (which included
sharpening the iron) I was finished. It took me about three small
adjustments to the iron, and I was making the nicest 2/1000"
shavings I had ever seen. The quality of the cut is as good or better
that my #4 Veritas plane, and the feel of the wood on wood is unbelievable.
I plan to make a few more in the near future. -- R.P.
Your blade and breaker arrived and after a little sharpening I
cannot believe the difference they have made in this plane! It slides
through nasty curly maple and leaves a beautiful silken finish...just
like a plane is supposed to! -- D.A.
Just to let you know that the plane iron arrived on Monday and
that I have sharpened it and put it to use; I am very pleased with
its performance and I would have no hesitation in buying irons from
you in future. I will recommend your products to my colleagues.
Thanks for your fast and efficient service. -- R.W.
I got the two plane blades. I just sharpened up one of them and
put it in a "Krenovian" plane I made yrs ago. It is a
great improvement over the Record brand blade I had been using.
Thanks for being there! -- D.F.
Just received my new chipbreaker and a2 blade. Assembled my plane
and noticed what a night and day difference they make. My plane
(Anant #4) cuts so much better. Thanks. -- L.P.
Thought I drop you a line to express my satisfaction with the plane
blade I bought from you. I also bought one of your blades from Fine
Tools in Germany. They are a joy to work with. They surpassed my
expectation. Since I use them my electric plane is unemployed for
allmost all of the time. I can recommend these, and have done to
my friends. -- E.N.
You advised me to try your A2 plane blades for making bamboo fly
rods. I'm very impressed with the two blades I received from you.
Thank you for making a fine quality product available. These blades
get very SHARP and hold the edge very well. They have quickly become
my favorite blades. Keep up the good work! -- M.F.
